Ekstra djevičansko ulje - Cangarela boceExtra virgin olive oil is named Cangarela after our largest olive grove.
We pack it in 0.5 liter and 1 liter bottles.
It is a clear yellow-green oil, with a pleasant harmonious aroma with tones of artichoke, freshly cut grass and Marian thistle, and with accentuated notes of oregano and basil. It has an intense taste of wild grass, chicory and green almond. It is intensely spicy with moderate bitterness.
It has unlimited uses in gastronomy. Goes well with warm vegetable appetizers, salads, roasted porcini mushrooms, fish dishes, seafood risotto, grilled pork and the like.
