Description
Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house that is over 200 years old. The interior of the building has been completely renovated, keeping all the dimensions of the old building. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern house.
Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the building.
Villa 117 has eight beds in its four bedrooms.
A swimming pool with salt water is available to the guests, next to it a comfortable beach, a sunbathing area with solar shower. In the yard is a large shaded canopy and grill. On the ground floor, there is an old stone vault, under which you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine. In the house, there is a room with a library to relax from everyday stress. In the attic, there is a playroom for the youngest guests. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace.
From villa, you can go to a large meadow, which is suitable for walks or games.
In villa, electric bicycles are available for guests at an additional cost, with which guests can explore the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants.
Right next to Villa 117 is our Villa 119, which has a very interesting Spa offer. For guests who want to enjoy a sauna or whirlpool, and may need additional rooms, there is the possibility to rent both Villas together.
